By creating an account or using selfReset, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
If you are using selfReset through your employer's corporate programme, these terms apply to you as an individual user. Your employer is separately bound by a corporate services agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old to use selfReset. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement.
You must be in generally good health or have received clearance from a healthcare professional before beginning any new physical practice. If you have a medical condition, injury, or recent surgery, consult your doctor before using selfReset.
selfReset provides guided movement, breathing, and mindfulness sessions designed for desk professionals. The service includes:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service with reasonable notice. We will not delete your data without giving you the opportunity to export it first.
selfReset is not a medical device, healthcare provider, or clinical service. The sessions, guidance, and information provided are for general wellness and educational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
You acknowledge that:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding, including your health conditions, so that the contraindication system can function correctly. Providing false health information to bypass safety filters is a misuse of the service.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your personal data within 30 days.

All session content, cue text, pose sequences, and app design are owned by selfReset. The Sanskrit pose names are part of the public domain tradition of movement and wellness practice. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary session content without written permission.
You retain ownership of your personal data. By using the app you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
The free plan provides access to all core recovery sessions and desk breaks. We may introduce a paid Pro plan with additional features in future. We will give existing free-plan users reasonable notice before restricting any feature that was previously free.
For corporate plans, pricing and terms are governed by the separate corporate services agreement between selfReset and the employer organisation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, selfReset and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any physical injury sustained during a session.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or ₹500, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act 2023). Any disputes between Indian parties will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. International users may be subject to their local data protection laws in addition to these terms.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
